Ensuring a safe environment for our youth to participate in physical and social activities designed to promote good health is our positive approach to youth well-being. Across our programs, as youth arrives, they gather around to meet with their friends, then proceed to take a breather after the long school day in stress-free environments at their own pace whether it be jump rope, basketball, football, badminton, yoga, or meditation, they have the choice to decompress before being involved in more structured programming.
